Seller Requirements

All horses listed with our ranch must have a current coggins.  We are a NYS Corporation in which only allows legal and safe sales.

   Buyer Requirements

  • APPLICATION:  In the above menu, click “Buyer Application” and you can submit an application right here on our website.  This gives us a far better understanding of what your looking for in an equine.
  • APPOINTMENTS:  Booked directly through our website.
  • VETERINARIAN REFERENCE: For current/previous equine or other animals.
  • CONTRACT: No slaughter, no auction, agreed updates, Rehoming Agreement Contract which all equine must remain under for the life of the equine.  Any rehoming, leasing, etc for any equine once entered into our program must only be done under our program, contract and agreed terms with the seller and the buyer which we provide for every equine.  This is so we can ensure all equine that have entered our program remain in our program and always have the best possible care.
  • SCHEDULED FARM VISITS: After every rehoming to ensure equine and person are working well together and to ensure health needs of the equine is being met.
  • UPDATES: Pictures/videos and brief descriptions of progress periodically.  These will be posted publicly on our social media and website showing how life is going for each equine.
  • OPTION TO SURRENDER BACK:  If for any reason a new owner situation does not work out, we will always allow all equine that have come through our program to be surrendered back.  Contact us for further details and time frame
  • REGISTRATION PAPERS: Registrations are  the time of sale.  A seller can ask for a holding period to transfer registration papers after updates show equine and owner are a good match.  Time frame is determined by each individual situation.
  • FEES: All rehoming fees, trailering, etc. must be paid in full prior to any equine transfer of ownership.  (We accept Cash, PayPal, Venmo, Western Union, FacebookPay & Credit Card.  We do not accept Personal Checks.  Please note: There is a 4.25% fee for PayPal & Credit Card)  Please be sure of your ability to care for any animal as we require a veterinarian reference and a farm check prior to rehoming.  This means any and all security deposits are non-refundable if the rehoming falls through due to the fault of the buyer failing to meet our requirements.  The security deposit is used for the feed, veterinary care, farrier care, board, etc. during the time the equine is being held.  Any equine that is pending rehoming has a 7 day grace period to be trailered to new home.  After the 7 day grace period, there is a $25 per day charge for board.  If outside trailering is hired and/or is unable to trailer until after the 7 days we can arrange for the equine to stay at their current location if the seller agrees.
  • OFFERED WITH EVERY REHOMING:  We offer to help with anything, anytime.  Whether feed questions, wound help, ground work, riding, etc. via video, pictures or we can come to you as well.  We try to take the guess work out of finding your new equine to make sure both equine and owner are happy.
